The lovely rustic village of Santo Estevão with its medieval church, is within walking distance and provides all immediate amenities – ATM, post office, village supermarket, pharmacy, hairdresser and a restaurant ‘O Forno’ very popular with both Portuguese and tourists alike. On the corner of our estate is a very popular Café/restaurant ‘Mercearia da Aldeia’ were you can enjoy a delicious glass of Portuguese wine, drink of your choice, or food.
We offer you a lovely 4x6 metre swimming pool with depths ranging from 90 cm to 175 cm and an infinity overflow.
The typically traditional chlorine cleaning system has proven not to be the right choice for overall health. For several years now, we have made our pool (lightly) salty. The salty character is hardly noticeable because it is a very light addition. With a special machine, the water is cleaned at the pump, creating a clean and beneficial water basin, which is significantly better for the skin.
You have complete access to the entire property. The villa features a private entrance from the tarmac road and is not surrounded by other houses.
The kitchen is fully functional and equipped with many conveniences: a microwave, an espresso maker, an oven, a washing machine, and a dishwasher.
You have a spacious parking lot with the option to protect your car from the sun.
A restaurant is directly adjacent to the main road, with more dining options in the village 500 meters away.
We provide clean bath and kitchen towels twice a week. Fresh bed linens once a week.
Of course free WiFi. Satellite TV, with many foreign channels.
There are several spots where you can relax with a drink, a good book, or simply enjoy the sun. We, as landlords, are always available for questions or issues. The pool is maintained by us, so you don't have to worry about that.
